VP Administration & Client Services
With a professional background in business and social sector organizations, Cindy brings a broad cross-section of experience to her role VP, Administration & Client Services. In the past 15 years she has held senior positions in human resources, public relations, and operations in the non-profit, software and retail industries. While her expertise lies in operations and building companies from the ground up, Cindy’s true passion is around supporting and coaching people to achieve their true potential. She has been instrumental in guiding teams through many phases, most recently taking a multi-million dollar non-profit organization through a complete rebranding process.
Committed to creating connections in her own life and in her community, Cindy has volunteered for numerous causes including serving on the Board of Directors for Open Door Group, one of the largest non-profit organizations in BC providing employment services for persons with disabilities. At least once a year, she tries to become a runner (usually committing to the Sun Run) but always falls back on pilates because you can do it lying down.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of British Columbia.
